  I only buy Chico's clothing and always have an enjoyable time shopping at Chico's except for the Los Gatos location. I have never been greeted when I enter the store and am totally ignored every time I go there! I have been there a few times to see if the salespeople were just having an off day. I have been the only shopper in the store several times and still been completely ignored. I have never bought anything at this location and after my experience on July 22, I will not be back to the Los Gatos location. The Santana Row Chico's is always very professional and very eager to help even when they are busy.
